Luz Alba Gallo Herran

I’m a service and experience designer. I have worked with digital marketing agencies and the public sector leading design process for digital products. My skill set include qualitative research with users, designing new digital products based on the users’ interactions, creating and testing interactive prototypes and delivering and supervising design briefs for programmers and UI designers.
I’m interested on understanding and proposing new ways in which users can adopt present and emerging technologies into their daily lives. I’m passionate about working with communities, collaborating with users and designing sustainable projects, products and services that will have an impact on people’s lives.
